  • SQ Travel does not except any booking [at the first time only] by call. You can call us followed by +84 90803575 any time you want to ask anything you want as long as you already droped us your request by e-mail. 
  • Deposit 20% of total your order is required upon confirmation of any booking [Exceptional may be occurred and dealt case by case].
  • Generally you are required to make full prepayment 60 days before departure for all services by bank transfer.


  • All bank charges/ fees, if any, will be paid by your side. The bank slip is required to be faxed [followed by above number] or scanned and sent it [followed by above email] to us.
  • SQ Travel does not except payment visa credit card for security. 
  • All vouchers, tour confirmation ... will be sent back to you once we receive full payment from your side. 
  • If you want to ament your booking, simply send us an email followed by with your booking number. SQT will act on it accordingly and get back to you within 24 hours. 

  • You have a right to cancel all your bookings within limiation. 


Cancelation by client: 

  • Total 20% of deposit will be not refunded if you pass over the cancelation deadline [Cancelation deadline will be given to you upon certain service]. 

  •  Cancelation point of time: [15-29 days before arrival: 10%]; [8-14 days before arrival: 40%]; [7 days before arrival: 100%]; [No show: 100%]. 

  •  Refund of unused services: No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.

Cancelation by SQT: 

SQT may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid for. If client wish to switch to any date, they can do it too, if operation condition is permitted.

You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
